- Added better labels to portal goal sections
- Updated Monthly query in OD to better match portal requirements and formatting again
- Updated Dr. follow up call e-mail to now include that Dr’s hourly production for the day.
- Added to comments section to portal so offices have a way to report patient complaints. We can begin to analyze them to help us improve.
- Added Feedback to Portal so those interested can follow updates
- Call Center now assisting in doing post-op calls for simple patients & procedures
- Held first Cascade Date Night for sociality among offices and spouses, and to receive input on direction of company from its stakeholders.
- Installed Atomic Clock Time Server on networks and on all machines so they are all synced to the milliseconds. This fixes long-standing OD button issue
- Closed books with Dr K, all payments now received
- Met with Dental Coop to expand services and negotiate higher fee schedules
- Signed up with Mountain Land Collections to try to get better collection results
- Comment section up for feedback and to capture patient experiences. Results already coming in
- Process created so now each month each office will get a custom Power Point of patient online feedback results.
