- Updated New Employee Checklist to include certification, new employee registry, hepatitis B, etc
- Added page to General Handbook about work related injuries and required forms
- Created business cards for office managers
- Created @CascadeFamily.com e-mail for office managers and corporate manager
- Created call review program
- Created Mouth guard new patient form
- Researched if offering HSA accounts could help our patients. With guidelines in place found it would not be beneficial for our practice.
- Put together front desk training guide for GEHA Dental plans (working on set plans to choose from when entering insurance)
- Put together font desk training guide for active Duty military members (United Concordia - ADDP) insurance set up
- Updated all families on the United Concordia Tricare program to meet the new switch in the government program over to the Metlife program that was effective on 5/1/12
- Updated policies on portal on use of "breaks"
- Created recall form for hygienists to use during down time to facilitate recall calls
- Updated Payson and Springville OD to reflect the current insurance set up for United Concordia active duty programs and removed all Tricare family programs.

- Added information to EBD handbook about new Optiguide from SICAT
- Because of Optiguide technology, implants can no longer be placed without guide unless "Release Form" signed by patient, even in immediate cases ( if doctors have concerns with this please contact Dr B ASAP).
- Finished needlestick page on portal.
- Submitted a feature request to OD feature request to have our “left message” and “confirmed appointment” colors left when send e-mail
- Type up a training guide and sent to both offices for the work around to search for patients by e-mail.
- Updated all perio patients to 3 month perio cleaning schedule
- Submitted a feature request to OD to have the "break" feature removed from the time clock
- Submitted a feature request to OD for the perio code to switch patient to perio schedule when they get a SCRP code set complete
- Consulted with the Coordinator of Benefits at Nebo school district - About TDA DHMO insurance plans and how to help teachers choose a better plan.
- Starting using a new collection company, Mountain Land
- Medical Insurance billing policies added to General handbook in portal and trained front desk team members
- Signed up with the "Utah Card" for advertising county wide
- Updated all e-mail templates to reflect "Cascade Family Dental" name
- Updated DBP Fee schedule
- Updated the cheat sheet notes for entering fee schedules
- Consulted with Bonneville Insurance about helping Nebo employees find better insurance than TDA DHMO plans
- Purchased ad and booth space for Santaquin Orchard festival during first week in August.
- Continued to work with Enterprise level tech at Digis to optimize phone quality.
- Found drinking water solution for patients. Purchased filtered water unit, adjusted plumbing, and finalized furniture to support.
- Updated "management team" page on portal to include profiles of Niccole and Cassie.
- Setup software & technology to rebuild any computer in 50 minutes or less rather then taking 5-6 hrs of tech support time. (This is huge and will save tons of time!!!)
