• Added implant maintenance code to our procedures and quick buttons
• Cone beam letter/package delivered to referring doctors
• Medicaid fraud & abuse manuals and training supplied to both offices
• Created first Office Newsletter
• Added question to survey: What do you want most from us?
• Researched options for faster internet and started construction to office with Comcast.
• New office policy on pano's for Medicaid PCN patients, updated fee schedules.
• Signed up as preferred provider with Mountain land Head Start Program
• Signed up with Community Health Connect to order to accomplish office charity goals
• First month of call reviews completed with our new patient interaction quality program in place.
• Updated phone and contact information at alarm company
• Updated 2012 UCR, Standard, and Membership plan prices - Global update to patients accounts with new pricing
• Nitrous no longer being billed to insurance (Price change of $42)
• Schedule changes: Added another day of hygiene to Payson and Springville office
