• Updated and installed two new servers in Springville: Open dental and file server (theirs crashed)
• Updated OpenDental Software on all computers: (spellcheck etc)
• Updated Doctor list on pt website
• Removed announcement from call queue
• Optimized faxes for VoIP
• Replaced all aerators in facets to not spray
• Updated and reprogrammed chat agent
• Got OD to add to their program: Recall turn back on when patients status changed from inactive to active
• Scheduled HIPPA Training compliance meetings at both offices
• Moved all Quickbooks files to the Cloud, now multiple people can open file, it is backup better, free updates, and accessible for doctors from any computer
