Completed Items in July 2011

• Negotiated 15% off supplies with Schien and a little more with Burkhart’s Match program
• Finished complete rebuild of patient website
• Continued progress on portal
• Transitioned office e-mail to Google Apps service. Now we have unlimited e-mails address if docs want, office calendar, and smart phone support.
• Newspaper ad.  Working with the Daily Herald and local papers on being in a special back to school edition.
• Began negotiations with bill board companies. Researched billboard strategies, prices, & entire local market
• Began working on Mouth Guard program.  Ordered supplies and equipment for each office. Team now trained on how to make them.
• Began working on custom preschool coloring book. Contacted a few artists who are submit proofs.
• Began working on a “No Cavity Kids Club” T-shirt.  Found a few suppliers
• Got Payson city sign ordinance changed so Payson can have a bigger rear sign.
• Corporate finally paid off its last credit card following what the offices did back in Feb. We are now better prepaid for future.
• Corporate finished its first class of FPU for those employees interested. Corporate will also continue to pay for any team member who wants to attend.
• Updated OpenDental to support post-op e-mail query to now better support Smart phones.  You can now click on number to dial pt. easier in,  now appt. notes are also included so you can review assistants notes.
• New Bonus program working with excel spreadsheet to help motive team members
• Health Insurance, meet with a rep to see if a group plan could save our team on rates by using a group policy.
• Began very early looking/planning for a new location for the Payson office in the next 2-3 years if they are interested. The hope is to save the maintenance fund up to try to cover most of the cost associated with the move.
