- Added Job proficiencies list to portal
- Began offering payment plans
- Started Call center
- Began call tracking software
- Make payment plan in excel that does all the math for us
- Fixed the double filling problem on warranty fillings. Now only one shows up.
- Updated surgical extraction for our prices for both offices and all fee schedules
- Found better way to run recurring credit card charges weekly
- Set up IP phones, Set up call quality. Being testing of next few weeks. Try to only use new phones so we don't have to double pay very long. I have order some longer cords which will be coming.
- Changed price on surgical stent from $275 to $350, all fee schedules and both offices. It costs more than we thought.
- Tell all staff, we write off pt. portion on all UCR cleaning visits.
- Updated call back report, created call back pt. with three e-mails
- Implemented text reminder calls to patients
- Began testing of performance review software that would integrate with our processes
