- New Dr. review notes e-mail created each night which is cleaner. Now separates doctors and allows doctors to review assistant notes from current day, phone numbers now hyperlink better on smart phones.
- Added Library Section to Team Portal site
- Researched AED's CPR classes and other related educational materials
- Purchased for each office AED and training materials
- Researched and purchased a water distiller for Payson to try out
- Saving of passwords now enabled on team portal site
- Researched and acquired training materials on edentulous surgical stent technique from SiCat
- Found supplier and ordered lab grade Barium Sulfate which is need to add to acrylic to make edentulous surgical guides
- Added Ivoclair prep guide to team portal.
- Fixed all performance reviews for team members
- Finalized Patient questionnaire; added form e-mails to OD and all current e-mail and text reminders asking for reviews
- Separated Payson and Springville feedback sections on Patient website
- Updated Google maps info for each office
- Added three basic offers to Google maps website for each office
- Had one billboard moved to a southbound direction.
- Finished year review of Dr. Koerner’s fees and profitability. We have only made $800 on average each time he comes to office. December will be their last day
- Ordered spare parts for both models of patient headsets
- Installed new scanner for testing at corporate office. 20 pages a minute double sided for use in consult room for EOB’s. This is faster and needed to prepare us if we use a full service accounting firm in the future.
- Installed new scanner that can now scan insurance cards directly in addition to card scanner at front desk.
- Purchased new type of keyboard for testing which doesn't require syncing.
- Corporate purchased a few extra books for each office for staff members to read
- Purchased a new book "Leadership and Self Deception" for doctors, let
- Gave Burkhart numbers for our first quarter of our supply guarantee with them to begin evaluating if they still want to move forward or if we get a rebate check
