• Researched new changes in Humana insurance and updated all current insurance plans in OD
• Added bundled discount as adjustment option
• Negotiated better  warranty and prices with RedRocklab
• Added new payment tools "Payment arrangement"

• Derived Kids shirts to each office
• Created "No Cavity Kids Club"
• Researched pulp caps and updated OD to help us get the best benefit, also provided additional training to billing
• Updated space maintainer code with Premiere  Access insurance and updated insurance set ups in OD
• Researched Dental Select sterilization fees and crowns and updated verbiage in OD to include all crowns on all plans
• Reset CE tracking for new year and recorded 2012
• Updated Patient survey feedback reports
• Created guide for front desk training
• Updated 10 more fee schedules for 2013
• Created an "New Hire Application" and test for new hires
• Updated the red flag checklist for new items in 2013, including "pick form list" insurance companies
• Updated Apex version in Springville to send claims again
• Reinstalled NEA on Payson computer for the sending of x-rays from Springville
