- Reviewed PCI compliance with new EMV chips

- Fixed the bugs on the Pin Board search feature to shorten call times
- Reviewed/researched best color laser printer for front offices
- Gathered statistics on Insurance verification error rate and assistants leaving late rate by doctor
- Added $20 temp fee for Cascade team members to help compensate for missing their jobs and regular compensation

- Researched Digital xray and choose a new brand to switch to for service, functionality, & cost
