• SF- Bring full-time associate into office
• Payson- Start doing Exam Doctor & Refresh Office:paint, carpet, etc
• Springville- Remodel office, start to bring another dentist on board
• HQ- Call Reviews
• HQ- Prepare supplies & office forcontingencies
• HQ-Get current with maintenance
• HQ-Finish Marketing Update of Logo, Portal, and Website
• Develop solution to help offices expand into nursing/long term care homes
• Revitalize preschool program
• Optimize x-rays
• Have a professional video and photo shoot of office for better marketing and website resources.

Sometime in Future

• Get backup internet, phone, electricity, water, suction for offices
• Create "Cascade Channel" for reception area, internal advertising
• Create a "6 month Ortho"+ cosmetic procedures Coffee Table book
• Add support for multi-office online payments on patient website
• Add patient education resources to patient
• Add professional internal advertizing messages intermixed with hold music
• Fix intraoral camera capture button to work
• Address ergonomics at front desk and for all team members

• Ad program to local businesses, coordinated with HR reps

• Add handout/Post-Op resources for all procedures
• Index all training videos
• Add content & resources to EBD Handbook
