- A franchise can not guarantee production of income. It can only offer support. Each franchisee/partner has control over what they do with this business opportunity.
- Utah is a very competitive dental market and everyone should expect to have to work hard.

What makes us different?
- We will never be like other dental offices. Only a small portion of dentists will be interested in joining our team. We believe "if you do things like they have always been done, then you will get results like you have always gotten."
- We are not a "dental mill" or like other "corporate dentistry" offices.
- We only want team members who will provide the highest quality work, always do the right thing, stand behind all they do, believe the patient and team members come before themselves, love people, believe in giving back to the community and profession, love continued education, and believe in teamwork.
- You will be able to make more money somewhere else. You will have more autonomy and control practicing on your own.
- This is not a first job out of school were you are still deep into the learning curve of our profession. All of our doctors have at a minimum of 2-3 years of experience and many have much more.
- However, for the right people, we believe our team of franchisees, partners, and stakeholders will provide you with a better opportunity for whole life satisfaction than you could find anywhere else. The synergies, processes, and hard work of everyone on our team have created something special that we are eager to share with others. We desire to have others bring their talents and expertise add them to our team as we grow together in this great profession we have chosen and are blessed to be a part of.
Franchise Goals
- Help offices reduce overhead from typical 70% to 45-50% by sharing fixed overhead.
- Provide tools to provide & track data
- Provide tools that use data to help motivate teams to work more efficient and synergistically.
- Offer a large amount of individual control and ownership, while also providing a core to keep standards high and partnerships together so savings and goals can be realized.
- Provide business and consulting support to our doctors so that they can have ownership and resources to draw from while being able to focus on being the best dentists.
- Provide specialization to certain aspects of the business processes (i.e. billing, working with insurances, call center, etc.) so efficiency and decreased costs, which would not otherwise be possible, can be realized.
- Unlike most other dental franchises and dental corporations, we provide a strong but limited control on standards to keep the quality of our work high.
- Provide a partnership structure were technologies can be made more affordable than otherwise possible; i.e. 3D cone beam, CEREC, etc.
- Provide a framework in which franchisees can make a better living as a dentist and/or by building and selling practices than they could otherwise do on their own.
- Provide the framework to offer dentistry at a higher and more consistent quality, and be further reaching to the communities than could otherwise be done with this type of structure.
- Provide a framework in which the quality of practicing dentistry is better; i.e. get to work with colleges, use the best tools and techniques, and be able to take the time to practice the type of work that one can be most proud of.
- Provide more support for franchisees than is available from any other dental franchise for similar costs.
- Stay out of the way of the franchisees as much as is possible so the partners can do what they do best.
