Non-Competition

• You may only practice at approved locations each of which have a two mile radius of protection. FDD pg. 32
• You can not engage in any other competing business regardless of location. FDD pg 40
• Those who leave the franchise can not work, manage, or conduct business in this industry for 3 years within a 5 miles radius from any location of the franchise. FDD pg 40
• There is no non-competition covenant during the trial period.
