Cascade Optional Services

• These are optional services each office can choose to use. If an office doesn't elect to to use these services, they must keep their Metrics in line with minimum standards used by Cascade Services. If an office falls below the minimums for a period of 3 months they will have to begin using these services.
• 5% For EOB, Call Center, & Mailings
• 1% for Billing, Collections, & CC payment plans
• Cascade Contract Services: these services are billed as a separate expense. In the management of such services, the owner can not make more then a 20% administration fee. At the end of each year, offices can request a summary report of related revenues and expenses. Numbers are a percentage of their collections.
