Standards
- The appearance and atmosphere of our offices is important to us. All decor, design, furnishings, etc. must be approved and meet the standards of our franchise. FDD pg 16
- Offices must be maintained by and operated under our standards for quality and customer service. CFDFA pg 18-19
- Offices must only use suppliers that have been approved and are on our list of approved suppliers. To have a supplier added to the list, written notice must be provided to and approved by our franchise. FDD pg 16
- Offices will only use approved equipment, supplies, techniques, instruments, products, and services. In order to get such materials approved, written notice must be provided to and approved by our franchise. FDD pg 17, 37; CFDFA pg 18?
- Only approved accounting and booking services may be used. FDD pg 18 ; CFDFA pg27; OA pg 11
- Offices must maintain records and allow access to them according to our standards. CFDFA pg 28-29; OA pg 11
- Offices must use only approved computer software and hardware. FDD pg 18
- Offices must maintain amounts and types of insurance as directed. FDD pg 19-21; CFDFA pg20
- Offices must maintain a 24/7 after hours phone for patients with professional greeting (Offices typically rotate an emergency office cell phone or the preferred method is to have each doctor's cell listed. Whomever does work after hours on emergency patients or family and friends gets a check for 100% of the production outside of normal pay to motivate prompt attention.)
- Doctors are to call all of their patients who received a difficult procedure (ext, endo, crown, appt>120min, etc) by the end of the following business day.
