Hygiene Appointments

• Every Hygiene pt gets checked at every hygiene appointment
• Doctor reviews BP and determines if controlled or not controlled
• Update pt chart to "BP Controlled" or "BP Not Controlled"

Doctor Appointments

• Check every extraction pt before numbing
• Check every doctor appt if "BP Not Controlled"
• Check BP at all Limited and Comprehensive exams

Notes

• Most SCRP pts have high blood pressure
• 8% of time 1st symptom of Heart Attack is jaw pain
• Take on all patients over 18 yrs of age
