Community Outreach

We believe strongly in giving back to our communities. Life is about "people helping people."

With the support of our Doctors, who belief in these efforts, and our entire team's hard work each and every day, we are able to participate in the programs listed below.

The following principals apply to these programs:

Patients receive the same quality of care and attention as any other patient.
We will spend extra time to educate them on their responsibility to maintain what they are given and they need to commit to proper preventative maintenance.
They must commit to keep their appointments or they will not be allowed back into our office.
They generally cannot have payment plans but could be offered a layaway option.

Preschool Dental Education Field trips:

We invite all preschools in our surrounding communities to bring their classes into our office for a field trip. Our hygienists direct this program. Children learn about what happens in a dental office in a friendly, safe manner and are instructed in proper oral health. Each child leaves the office with goodie bag containing: tooth brush and floss, coloring books, and No Cavity Kids Club T-shirt.

Give Kids a Smile

One a year, this organization gathers dentists who volunteer their time to do free dental work on those who have no or limited access to dental care. Often, to help the with work that can not be completed on this day, our dentists will offer vouchers for the children to come into our office throughout the year to get there dental work completed for free.

Community Health Connect

A great local organization that helps bridge the gap for those who do not have or can not afford dental insurance and those covered by Medicaid. At each doctors discretion, we perform free and some discounted dental work in our own offices. (click here for more info on polices)

Share a Smile

Another great local organization started by Dr. Eric Vogel, that helps bridge the gap for those who do not have or can not afford dental insurance and those covered by Medicaid. Doctors perform work at state of art dental clinic in Henry Schien's American Fork branch on Thursday or Friday. For more information contact Heather Hogue 801-318-0739. They also sponsor a Triathlon each year to raise money to cost costs of this clinic.

Medicaid

Medicaid is a very important safety net program in our communities. We will always take some portion of medicaid patients in our office to help those out who desperately need the help. We charge small co-pays on allowed procedures to help these patients respect us and the work they receive.

Local Churches

We have an outstanding discount we offer to any church who assists others in getting dental work. We will perform the work for at least 60% off of our standard prices.

Current Patient Job Loss

If one of our current patient loses their job or insurance we offer a free 6 month "Cobra" for them. Set all%'s to 0 so they still get write off and set termination date 6 months ahead.

Foster Children

These children have medicaid, but are given everything our office can offer for free. There are many procedures not covered by Medicaid. These children are in the most need of love and care. Their dental needs should be the last thing they ever have to worry about.
