Coupons & Discounts

No coupons are allowed if a patient is using Care Credit or our payment plans.
No coupons are allowed if a patent getting a family or team member discount.
All foster children with Medicaid get 100% of co-pays written off as a charity adjustment.
Any work paid for by a bishop gets 60% off of the standard fee as a "Service" adjustment.
We offer "Cobra" to all patietns. If patient loses their job, change ins setup to 0% so they get writeoffs still. Set termination date to 6 months ahead
Medicaid can not use any coupons including No Free Bleaching Trays. Their contracted prices are too low.

You can offer to any regular patient ( they come in and pay for cleanings).
They get bleach free once.
We will remake trays as many time as needed.
Logic: We love patients who care about how their teeth look. If we do a crown, of course we will remake the trays.

Please offer to any patient even without a coupon.
Offer to any non-patient as a way to get them into our office.
Logic: It shows that we care about teeth. a free “Value Added” service for our patients is a good way to support local sports, schools, extracurricular activities and is a great way to give back to our community. It is okay to make a 2nd if they need it.

The Patient must have coupon present, New paitents only, follow fine print on coupon.
There is no holding the coupon on their account until there is a fee to offset it. If you have to, post the coupon with $0 and record the expiration date
Be sure to help inform the patients that the bleaching is a $150 service -giving them a better value!
We DO NOT cash out or refund coupons.
Logic: Others do it, so we must also do so to try to get patients in the door.

Bring anyone’s coupon in and we will match it, We don’t want patients leaving us.
Patients need to bring in the coupon and it must be for a similar product.
Logic: We can do it cheaper than another office can and we want to have the business.
