With each patient we must strive to exceed their expectations. When we find ourselves trying to exceed expectations, our personal satisfaction and that of our patients will undoubtedly increase. We all should feel empowered to accomplish this goal.  You may not turn a room over as fast or help as many people at the front desk when taking the time and attention required; however, we aim for quality than quantity.
