Executive Advisor Duties
The Executive Advisor is a member of the Cascade Board. They counsel on all matters within Cascade Family Dental. This person holds full trust with Dr. Baird and the Cascade Board. They are considered a direct replacement for Dr Baird if he is inaccessible. Below is a list of duties that are assigned to the Executive Advisor. Others may help but this person is responsible. The Executive Advisor should regularly review this list at least every quarter during their regular performance review.
Primary Duties
- Work directly with Dr. Baird to support all Cascade offices in their various needs.
- Focus on ways to help everyone general Cascade to thrive and do well.
- Attends all meetings as directed by Dr. Baird.
- Use discretion in all private matters and counsel with Dr. Baird on how to best address them.
- Specifically represent all of the clinical team and clinical aspects of Cascade.
- Represent Dr Baird when he is away or unavailable and be another point of contact for all
- Cascade Team Members in any matters concerning Dr. Baird
- Maintain, give regular direction, and assist on all of Dr. Baird tasks lists and duties.
- Quadrant II activites (Important and Urgent)
- Study the organizational goals and strategies of Cascade and determine what changes can be made to better serve the patients, the team, and the doctors.
- Help Cascade execute their activities in a planned manner, such that the organizational goals are achieved in a timely manner. See to successful implementation of plans and policies .
- Provide guidance to the whole organization. Study the drafted policies and check the availability of resources to prepare the work plans and the order for executing every activity.
- Help bridge the gap between planning and implementation.
- Work closely with the Headquarters Manger and Dr Baird on strategy, goals, and all aspects of Cascade Family Dental.
