We at Cascade Family Dental are not just regular employees. We all are leaders. We trust and rely on each other. We must each be the type of person who can be counted on to be a leader and to do their respective part and support the team.

Self-Reliance
We believe in striving for Self-reliance in all we do. The franchise, Doctors, PICs, & office managers all have the goal to not micromanage but rather give tools and support in assisting each of us in becoming self-reliant. Becoming proficient at our duties helps us not be so dependant on others.
