Maximize Benefits for the Patient
We should help our patients maximize their benefits according to their value system.
At a minimum our responsibility is to:
1. Educate our patients on what oral health is.
2. Show them what options they have.
3. Help them maximize their benefits according to their value system.
It would be sad to use up a patients entire $1000 of insurance on one RCT and crown if this caused fillings to be left undone, causing the work we did to fail prematurely and become unwarrantable.
