Duties
- Be a spokesperson and point of contact with doctors and office manager.
- Lead and serve your department.
- Help keep your department happy, motivated, setting goals, & progressing.
- Build team unity.
- Implement and try your ideas more fully.
- PIC is a rotated position (every 2 months).
- Lead your department breakout at team meeting.
- Be a mentor for new team members.
- Being the PIC is part of everyone’s job description.
- Spend 1-2 hrs a week, as needed, outside of your regular shift hours.
- Meet with the office manager once a week to review and report on your department’s performance & goals and to review your department’s checklists.
