Patient Wanting to go to More Then One office

• We work for the patient and will always do whatever is best for them.
• Sometimes, one office is better for their proximity to work and available hours for one member of the family.
• Open Dental can handle a family with different members being assigned to a different default clinics.

If They Do, They Must Be Okay To:

• x-rays may not be up to date at both offices
• We NEVER ask a pt to fill out new forms as that is contrary to how we value them and their time.
