TMFSkNi

TMFSkNi is an acronym that represents typical reasons or concerns our patients have for not scheduling with us.  We have the responsibility to LISTEN much more and try to identify these concerns in all of our interactions with patients.  After 1st listening to the patient, we then tailor our message to them and their concerns so they will be PREPARDED.  We then COMMIT them by inviting them to “reach stable oral health”.  If they show concerns, we cycle back through the process by listening again and trying to identify/resolve their concerns.

• Sk = Skeptical
• Ni = Not Interested
