Meetings
We believe in team work. To foster our strength as a team, we meet regularly. Attendance of 80% is reqired at all meetings. Team members may occasionally telecommute in but htis is not recommended.
Team Council Meetings 
- Once a month, we try to gather together with all team members.
- This meeting is not optional.
- All team members should clock in for the meeting.
- Food may be provided.
- Meetings typically are scheduled for 1-2 hours.
- This meeting is called Team Council for a reason, everyone should try to participate.
- A pre-prepared agenda may include, reading the comment box, review of a handbook section, department reports, specific assessments, follow-up and business items.
- One of the doctors will conduct the meeting (a rotating assignment).
- The office manager/PICs should make sure minutes are taken and distributed to all team members not present.
- The office manager should assist with preparing the next agenda with applicable follow-up items.
- Team members not present are responsible for content covered. PICs will make sure to communicate all items to those missing.
Team Continuing Education Meetings
- These are optional and we do not clock in.
- Once a month, we try to gather together to spend time on a continuing education topic.
- Topics will be presented by a team member, doctor, or guest speaker.
Doctor's Meeting
- Bimonthly, the doctors at each office meet to review the status of their offices. The office manager may attend to update doctors on the status of the office. PICs attend the one bi montly meeting before the Team Council Meeting. This Meeting is the most imporant meeting each doctor must atttend.
PIC & Office Meeting
- Bimonthly or Weekly, the PIC of each department meets with the office manager to review and report goals and progress.
Cascade Board Meeting
- Once a month, all the office managers, call center team members, doctors, and their spouses meet together to discuss current issues, vision, and direction of the company. Office manager take notes and report to their office as is appropriate.
Annual Dental Association Conference
- Each team member is required to attend one of the 2 days. This is a great chance to get out of the office and learn about current trends and advances
