Work Related Injuries and WCF

If you become injured at work,

1. Click here to file a claim. Your office manager can help you with this process and provide you with the policy number for your office. This online form will also automatically be filed with OSHA.
2. After filling out a report and claim go to an IHC clinic to be evaluated and give the IHC clinic the WCF policy number for payment. The process should be billed through WCF, not the employee's health insurance.
3. Once WCF evaluates the claim, they will decide if the incident is covered by the office's worker compensation policy or if the employee should then use their own medical insurance.
