Appointment Confirmations
Below is a description of how we confirm appointments:
Confirmations
- For recall appointments only: the Coordinator sends a confirmation post card or email (if available) 20-30 day before appointment.
- Two days before all appointments, we personally call each family.
- The night before every appointment, we send an email/text reminder to the guarantor. For detailed instructions on setting patients up for text reminders, click here.
- If at any point the patient TMFSkNi’s us, be sure to take the time to make a note so we don’t bother the patient.

Recall for Cleanings
- Hygienists are responsible to schedule recall appts at time of cleaning
- If a patient hasn't scheduled, then the coordinator sends a postcard or email (if available) 20-30 days before due date.
- Once the due date arrives, the Reactive and Scheduling specialist and the hygienist have the responsibility of personally calling the patient. Detailed instructions for these calls can be found by clicking here.
