Appointment Confirmations
Below is a description of how we confirm appointments:
Confirmations
- For recall appointments only: the Coordinator sends a confirmation post card or email (if available) 30-45 day before appointment.
- 2 days before all appointments, we personally call each family.
- The night before every appointment, we send a email/text reminder to the guarantor. For detailed instructions on setting patients up for text reminders, click here.
- At any point if patient id a painter TMSkNi’s us, make sure to take the time to make a note so we don’t bother the patient.

Recall for Cleanings
- 1st Hygienists have the duty to try to schedule at time of cleaning
- 2nd Assistants and Coordinator have duty to schedule recall during doctors appointments.
- 3rd If patient didn’t schedule then Coordinator sends a postcard or email (if available) 30-45 before due date.
- 4th Once due date arrives Reactive & Scheduling Specialist and Hygienist have the duty to personally call the patient. Detailed instruction of these calls can be found at by clicking here.
