Call Center Specialist
Below is a list of duties that are assigned to the call center specialist . Others may help but this person is responsible. The call center specialist should regularly review this list at least every quarter during their regular performance review.
Primary Duties
1. Answer the Phone & Chats.2. Voicemail.
Secondary Duties (if you get to them)
3. Work Claims not paid report twice a month.4. Follow-up Call List/Scanning EOB's.
5. Corporate project folder.
6. Review Handbook/CE.
