- General business support and consulting.
- Support for Practice Management Software. Corporate will call OpenDental if needed.
- Accounting and bookkeeping support, will subcontracted & coordinate with HDA.
- Primary technical support- all Software, hardware, AV.
- Monitor office have backup program.
- Dental equipment support and repair and coordination with dental supplier to minimize costs.
- Provide office, franchise, and national metrics framework and resources.
- Provide employee performance review framework and resources.
- Provide HIPPA training materials.
- Maintain Cascade Handbook.
- Update office decor.
- Provide Employee training materials.
- Demo videos.
- Assistant cheat sheets/recommended library.
- Supply instructions and training videos.
- Provide support and education for offices to compliance with regulations and laws.
- Government compliance.
- Employee Compliance.
- New Hire (http://jobs.utah.gov/newhire).
- Regulations Postings.
- HIPPA/OSHA/Infection control/MSDS training.
- Monitor Insurance Regulations: notes, discounts, etc…
- Keep job descriptions current.
- Provide and coordinate CE opportunities.
- Local Specialists/Local Dental Society/Supplier for sponsored meetings.
- Maintain Evidence Based Dentistry lists: suppliers, supplies, techniques, equipment.
- Advertising.
- Provide materials for local advertising campaigns.
- Manage Cascade Advertising fund.
- Track effectiveness of advertising.
- Encourage charity work by matching through a corporate fee credit.
- Maintain Trademarks, Signs and branding.
- Patient website: Provide and Maintain.
- Team Portal Resources: Provide and maintain.
- Metrics reports/goal tracking.
- Doctor CE tracking.
- Profit Distribution tracking.
- Account and bookkeeping reports.
- Performance reviews and reports.
