Headquarters Manager Duties
The Cascade Headquarters Manager oversees and leads all Cascade headquarters duties and activities. They are a member of the Cascade Board and are specifically assigned to offer significant support to all of the office managers in whatever way possible. Below is a list of duties that are assigned to the Headquarters Manager. Others may help but this person is responsible. The Corporate Manager should regularly review this list at least every quarter during their regular performance review.
Primary Duties
- Manage and lead Cascade Headquarters duties and activities.
- Focus on ways to help each HQ Team Member, Office Manger, Doctor, and Cascade Team Member to thrive and do well.
- Manage Cascade Headquarters and all of the services it offers to it's offices namely: Doctor Credentialing, Update Insurance Fees, contracts, & contacts, answering calls, offering training, billing and collections.
- Administer the Patient Interaction Quality Monitoring program twice a month per team member at headquarters and for all offices' front desk teams.
- Personally be crosstrained in Headquarters & office Front Desk positions to be able to help when needed and to be able to better council
- Quadrant II activites (Important and Urgent)
- Keep Headquarter projects moving and progressing.
- Work closely with the Executive Advisor and Dr Baird on strategy, goals, and all aspects of Cascade Family Dental.
