Benefits
- Paid Time Off: every 35 hours you work you earn 1 hr PTO. Equivalent to $.50 raise, or 7.5 days a year. (Maybe capped at 2 weeks, can only use for regularly scheduled hrs ie sick, personal, or vacation days), can't be used as overtime pay, and cannot be cashed out.
- Matching 401k: We encourage, provide, and administer a 3% match in a SIMPLE IRA account for all interest team members. Equivalent to $.50 to 1.00 raise.
- HRA- Health Reimbursement Account: $50 a month for those scheduled to work less than 32hrs a week and $100 for full time team members.
- Free Membership to "Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University" is provided if team members are willing to attend.
- We pay for 100% of the cost of scrubs or $40 an outfit (front desk).
- We pay $100 for each of the following books a team member reads. (The Goal, Be Our Guest, How To Win Friends and Influence People, Winners Never Cheat, How Will You Measure Your Life) When finished reading the book, give a synopsis at a team meeting. Office Managers are also encouraged to read Doctor Required material.

- These are only guidelines, doctors can vary with a initialed note "per Dr. A..."
- Once you are married you are in your own household even if living with parents)
- Once 21, children no longer get dependant/ in household benefits/ they are considered out of household
- Discounts are based on Guarantor for family until age 21
- Former employees always get Level 4 Discounts once they stop working.
- Employees can stay clocked in for cleanings and fillings if they fill a no-show spot. If they schedule in advance, they must clock out even if during shift.
- Any team member looking for another job, on probation, or has given notice: can no longer use, or accrue any bonuses, benefits, PTO, profit sharing, etc... beyond regular base pay.
- Team members can have payment plans. Still charge interest, but no need to worry about minimum amounts.
- All local, dental, specialist's immedate "In household" get Level 2, i.e. free everything, they only pay lab fees.
- All local, dental, specialist's employees "In Household" get free memebrship plan.
