Hours of Operations & After Hours Pay
The main reason we can offer so much to our patients, staff, and doctors is because we use an expanded schedule.
We are open many days from 7am-7pm. Every employee is expected to work at least one late night shift per week.
Team members are expected to arrive 15-30 minutes before their shift and stay up to 30 minutes after.
If team members come in after hours to help a doctor with an after hours patient they clock in and will also be given an additional $30 bonus. If a doctor takes on a patient that goes more then 30-40+ minutes after hours, the team member(s) who the doctor approves to stays can also recieve the $30 bonus. Just send a task to office manager for bonus to be added to next paycheck.

Shifts typically are composed of 7am-1pm, 1pm-7pm and 8am-5pm.
