Robert M. Baird DMD, MBA, MS

Dr. Baird loves serving people. He grew up in Utah, and attended Brigham Young University. After BYU, Dr. Baird moved his family to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania so he could attend Temple University.

While in Pennsylvania, he earned his DMD in General Dentistry, an MBA in Healthcare Administration, and an MS in Healthcare Finance.

After returning to Utah, and working for two other dentist Dr. Baird opened his own practice in Payson, Utah. After a few more years of experience and many invaluable team members, the Cascade Family Dental franchise was created.

Dr. Baird loves coming to work each day. He is excited to take all that has been developed and expand the area of Cascade Family Dental's influence to further bless the lives of all those affected by Cascade Family Dental.

Dr. Baird lives in Payson with his wife and 8 kids who he can't spend enough time with.
