Missed Appointment Polices

Appointments canceled within 48 hours of appointment:

• 1st one: Freebee (One freebee every twelve month), but must be informed next one will be charged regardless for the reason as we have a 4 month waitlist for new patients.
• 2nd: charged $75 no matter the reason and must be informed that if they miss another appointment, the entire family's future appointments will be broken and entire family will not be allowed another appointment for 12 more months. (Mark each patient inactive and add family popup stating date family allowed back.)
• HOWEVER, if they are lucky and you can find a different time today or tomorrow to reschedule into they don't get charged a fee.

Our commitment to them:

• If patient are ask to reschedule appointment same day because we are running behind, they get a $100 credit applied to their account
• If patient leaves 15-30 minutes late form appointment we give them gift card
• If patient leaves 30+ minutes late from their appointment they get up to $100 off their copay if they have one for that appointment.
