New Team Member

We are always excited to bring new people into the Cascade Family Dental Team. We recognize that it is the efforts of every single team member that make us great.

We say to all, "bring all your talents, experience, and perspective and add them to what we have". It is often the outside experience and perspective our new team members bring with them that help remind us of who we are and help us continue to progress in our goal for excellence.

Below is a checklist we use to help introduce our new team members.

Remember, during all training; make sure patients do not see. They want to have confidence in us. Only talk about things outside of the operatory, during a walkthrough before the appointment, though silent body language, or notes written down. Mentors should be especially mindful of this.
