Payment Policies & Payment Plans
- Payment and all past due balances are due at time of service.
- We do not want to put up barriers for our patients so we will only ask for money as they leave. This is helpful as sometimes treatment will change.
- Just as you can't leave a store without paying for a product, neither can our patients. Such behavior is shoplifting. Do not become a co-participate in stealing or you can not work on our team. They know they need to pay.
- If you sense any discomfort with payment, immediate take the patient to the private consult room.
- Only doctors can approve no-payment for same day dentistry.
- Crowns, dentures and other big services will not be delivered until payment or approved arrangements are made or paid in full (only to a certain limit as we must avoid "Patient Abandonment").
- All dentures, bridges, & implants need pre-authorized unless patient is willing to pay in full.
- In limited circumstances it may be appropriate to ask for payment at the beginning of an appointment.
- All Patients get offered Payment Plan (They at least can use CareCredit)
- $300 is minimum amount worth the time & effort required.

If treatment previously done and we are trying to help with unforeseen charge
Minimum monthly payment should be at least $50-100
