Profit Sharing / Bonuses
Our success as a team is a direct result of the everyone's efforts. Our profit sharing plan allow the team to share in the profits of the business. Also, Individual bonuses are available for individuals who accomplish certain key tasks. At the end of every month, amounts are calculated and paid to team members at the next Team Meeting.
Team Profit Sharing
If a predetermined level of profitability is met, then the team members will receive up to a $4 an hour profit share per hour worked during the previous month depending on the level of profitably of the office. This is paid out as a team because they are earned as a team. The calculation has nothing to do with how full schedule, seat times, or collecting money; It is purely calculated on daily production. In a given month, if no profit share is available, it does not mean that the team did not perform well, it just means that profitability was not above a minimum level.
Individual Bonus
There are many team members who truly go the extra mile to help the team and our patients. The individual bonus are a way to help reward extra hard work and dedication. Principles to guide are: 1: Motivate team to harder things, 2: Not create discord among team, 3: Very little overhead to administer.- $5 is paid for each, non related, new patient brought into the practice per month. Patients calling in on their own DO count. (Team member records their name on clipboard at front desk with each name in your section. Found by answering the phone, referring friends & neighbors, & talking to existing patients. Family or those receiving employee discounts are also not eligible. Given whether or not pt shows up)
- $5 for same day treatment ($5 for who schedules it. Scheduler must create a new checklist for this to be recorded. This also works for treatment on TP's that is added to existing appt. Just enter your name on the Doctor Checklist and only front desk will keep tally up front. This is only good for treatment like: sealants, debrides, fillings, NOT: x-rays and post ops, limiteds & TLCs)
- We pay $5 for each family reactivated in the Recall Program Calls (Record names on Recall Form and Office manger will tally at end of month; they must have had recall status that was red. Given whether or not pt shows up. Team records this themselves on clipboard).
- We pay $5 for each Teledent put in virtural waiting room ($5 for who take call and get pt in virtual waiting room. Team member records their name on clipboard at front desk with each name in your section.
- We pay $10 for each Payment Plan Created and 1st Payment taken that day. Some times a Hygienist or Assistant will share this with the Front Desk if they work together to get the patient setup. Only the front desk manual records this on clipboard keep up front. (Care Credit qualifies if full treatment plan amount charge on that day. Shared effort between team each get $5)
