Raises & Pay
Raises are done on a semi-annual basis as part of regular performance reviews.
Raises are based off of: Performance Review, inflation, monthly checklist turned in, etc
However, the majority of compensation improvements should come through our Profit Sharing Plan as this ties us together as a team.
Average ranges for positions are below along with value of respective benefits:
- Assistants: $13-20
- Front Desk: $13-20
- Office Managers: $17-23
- Hygienest: $34-42
- Team bonus $1-4 an hour
- Individual bonus $5-10 per item
- Paid Time Off = $.50
- Matching 401K = $.50
- HRA medical = $.63
- Pay rate reduction if no late night $1/2 (others/hygiene)
