Workflow Assistant Duties

Below is a list of duties that are assigned to the Workflow Assistant. Others may help but this person is responsible. Assistants should regularly review this list at least every quarter during their regular performance review.

• Keep sterilization cycle moving
• Make sure patients arrive and are timely seated
• Direct room traffic
• Assist hygienist w/ x-rays, charting, turning over room 
• Third ring answer the phone
