Free Comprehensive Exam and X-rays

• You can offer this to anyone w/o coupon
• Only one per lifetime!
• Logic: Once they are here, they will never leave (free consult, 2nd opinion)

Free Bleaching

• You can offer to any regular patient ( they come in and pay for cleanings)
• They get bleach free once
• We will remake trays as many time as needed
• Logic: We love pt’s who care about how their teeth look.  If we do a crown, of course we will remake the trays

Sports Guards

• Please offer to any patient even w/o coupon.
• Offer to any non patient as a way to get them into our office.
• Logic: It shows we care about teeth, a free “Value added” service for our patients. A good way to support local sports, schools, extracurricular activities.  A great way to give back.

$30 off

• Must have coupon present, one per person per year.
• No holding the coupon on their account until there is a fee to offset it. Only if you have to, post the coupon with $0 but record the expiration date
• Be sure to help inform the patients that the bleaching is a $150 – giving them a better value!
• We DO NOT cash out or refund coupons.
• Logic: Others do it, so we must to try to get them in the door.

Price matching

• Bring anyone’s coupon in we will match it, We don’t want them leaving us.
• They need to bring in coupon and it must be similar product.
• Logic: We can do it cheaper than they can and we want to be their dentist.

Things to Keep in Mind:

• Exam Policy: exams all get charged to ins unless they have recall scheduled and keep their six month recalls
• Consultations with Dr. Koerner are $50 no matter what. Charge patient $50, bill it to insurance, and do a refund if insurance pays.
