What keeps us busy in work and home life? (take 2 minutes and write down)

Applicatio:
- Plan to spend time each day in quadrant I and II
- Never come to a meeting without an agenda
- "Spend 15 minutes at the beginning of the day and plan it out on paper" Dave Ramsey in Entreleadership.
- We can fit 25-40% more rocks with less pushing if we make a plan on paper.
- Our Patient, Daily, Weekly, Monthly Checklist are "plans on paper"
- If things do not fit or spill over, say "O well" and move on
